Project setup basics

Projects group related tasks and project-level settings like GitHub integration and webhooks.

Create a project

1. Open a client's Projects page: Navigate to the client where the new project should live.
2. Click Add Project: Use Add Project to open the project creation modal.
3. Enter a project name: Add the project name and create it. TaskP3 opens the new project after creation.

Recommended structure

• Use clear project names so the sidebar stays easy to scan.
• Connect GitHub from Project Settings if you want changelog support.
• Archive inactive projects instead of leaving them in the active list.

Troubleshooting

If you can't find the project you need, make sure you are in the correct client and not looking at the archived tab.
