Role overview
The roles shown in the app today are Administrator, Designer, and Software Engineer. Administrators manage team settings and access.
Invite teammates
- Open Team settings: Go to Organization → Team and click Invite.
- Add email addresses: Paste one or more email addresses separated by commas, spaces, or line breaks.
- Send invitations: Send the invites. Pending invites appear in Organization → Invites.
- Adjust roles after the user joins: Open the Team table and edit the teammate if you need to change their role.
Tips for smooth onboarding
- Invite a small group first to confirm your workflow.
- Use the Invites tab to review or resend pending invites.
- Update roles after access is granted instead of planning them during invite creation.
