Creating an organization gives your team a shared place for clients, projects, tasks, billing, and bots. You can fill in the rest later.

From the TaskP3 homepage, choose Get started or sign in if you already have an account.

On the create-organization screen, enter a unique organization name.

Click Continue to create the organization and land in TaskP3.

If Continue stays disabled, make sure the organization name is not empty and is not already taken.

Keeping your organization profile up to date helps teammates recognize the workspace and keeps branding consistent.

Open Organization and go to the Profile tab.

Edit the organization name field, then save your changes.

The roles shown in the app today are Administrator, Designer, and Software Engineer. Administrators manage team settings and access.

Go to Organization → Team and click Invite.

Paste one or more email addresses separated by commas, spaces, or line breaks.

Send the invites. Pending invites appear in Organization → Invites.

Open the Team table and edit the teammate if you need to change their role.

Projects group related tasks and project-level settings like GitHub integration and webhooks.

Navigate to the client where the new project should live.

Use Add Project to open the project creation modal.

Click Add Project

Add the project name and create it. TaskP3 opens the new project after creation.

If you can't find the project you need, make sure you are in the correct client and not looking at the archived tab.

Bots are created at the organization level. When your backend sends a request to the triage endpoint, the API key authenticates the request and the project ID decides where the task lands.

Go to Organization → Bots and click Create New Bot.

Enter a name and optionally mark it assignable if you want it to appear in mentions and assignee pickers.

Copy the key when it is shown. TaskP3 only displays it once.

Do not expose a triage bot API key in public client-side code. Send triage requests from your backend or another trusted server.

What are TaskP3 Triage Bots?

You need access to the TaskP3 project and a GitHub account that can authorize access to the repository you want to use.

From the project, open Project Settings and select the GitHub Integration tab.

SSO / SAML for TaskP3 Enterprise

A project's team is separate from your full organization team. Only organization members can be added to a project, and only members already on the project appear in project-specific selectors such as assignment and team filters.

From the project, open Project Settings and go to the Team tab.

Use Add Member to open the project team modal.

Click Add Member

Search for one or more organization members who are not already on the project.

TaskP3 adds them to the project as regular members first.

Confirm the add

Inside the project team list, each project member is marked as either Admin or Member. Project admin is a project-level setting stored on that project membership record.

Removing a project member can trigger extra safeguards so the project is not left in a broken state.

The current UI only lets organization admins manage the project team list. Project admin status affects project-level ownership, but organization admins still control add, remove, and admin toggles in the settings screen.
